MEDLAC PHARMA ITALY's quality insurance system ensures the entire manufacturing process by:

• verifying that operations are conducted in accordance with technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs);
• ensuring that products are only released after quality control assessment;

• making sure that any deviations or changes are fully and promptly reported.

As of today, MEDLAC PHARMA ITALY operates under more than 300 well-documented SOPs involving all departments. The company’s quality assurance system is based on four key roles: the Qualified Person, the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Control Manager, and the Production Manager.

Furthermore, a quality agreement providing technical support was signed between MEDLAC PHARMA ITALY and LABORATORIO FARMACEUTICO C.T. in April 2013.
